Internal Sales Representative
For Roldeck®, we are looking for an internal sales representative (m/f/x). You will join a small but close-knit team of around five colleagues from the service, sales, and engineering departments. As an internal sales rep, you’ll be part of the beating heart of our organization. Customer contact, preparing quotations, follow-ups, and problem-solving are all part of your role. Job Description
What will your responsibilities include?
- Providing friendly and professional communication to clients and partners
- Supporting account managers with commercial and administrative tasks
- Stimulating sales and building customer satisfaction
- Handling phone calls and emails in Dutch, English, and German
- Welcoming clients for meetings
- Delivering presentations and trainings
- Internally passing on and following up on quotes
- Coordinating with purchasing, production, planning, and logistics teams
- Accurately and efficiently processing orders in Navision
- Main contact for: Dutch clients, Starline
- Back-up for: Belgian and German clients, export clients
