Job Description

• You provide technical advice to customers;
• You interact with both national and international clients;
• You guide and advise clients on the applicability of products;
• You offer first-line support for malfunctions;
• You provide technical support to the sales department.

Requirements

• A technical associate or bachelor's degree (e.g. electromechanics, electrical engineering);
• Strong technical skills;
• An enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills;
• Strong administrative abilities and flexible attitude;
• Able to work both independently and in a team;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Experience with Navision is a plus;
• Fluent in German and comfortable in English;
• Knowledge of French is an asset;
• You enjoy working at the intersection of technology and sales and are personable and engaging.
